What we collect on this website

Waitlist. When you join the waitlist we store the work email you enter, the company or product name if you give one, and the time you signed up.

Technical data. When you submit the form, our server uses your IP address to limit how often the form can be sent. The address is held in server memory until the service restarts, which is usually no longer than the time between updates. It is never written to the database, logs or backups, and it is not stored with your sign-up.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use your waitlist details only to contact you about Kinellect early access. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we will delete your details.

Protecting the form against abuse rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Who receives your data

• Amazon Web Services hosts this website and the waitlist database in its London region in the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.
• Google Fonts. The pages load their typefaces from Google. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details.

We do not sell waitlist details and do not share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until we have offered you access or you ask us to delete your details, and never longer than 24 months after you signed up. Deleted details remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 days, until those backups expire.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or to restrict how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@caliverse.app and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, or to the authority in the country where you live.

Apps built on Kinellect

If you use a fitness or rehabilitation app that relies on Kinellect for coaching, the company behind that app decides how your data is used, and Kinellect handles it on their behalf. Please contact that company with any request about your data.
